Before putting second-hand phones up for sale, YZZY ensures that each device goes through a meticulous reconditioning and testing process. Thus, they aim to encourage the change of perception on second-hand phones and the demystification that second-hand means low quality. The YZZY company made the decision to optimize its processes related to electronic commerce, for which they chose the FamShop e-commerce automation platform. The result was the desired one: they eliminated almost 62% of the time spent with manual procedures to focus on what they know to do.
